Delivery Timeline
We process and dispatch all confirmed orders from our Mumbai warehouse. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Delivery charges are calculated on your cart total inclusive of GST. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your order at any time from the Track Order page or your My Account page.
We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post depending on your location and order size.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand this is a significant policy and we take it seriously. Here is why we have this policy and what it means for you:
- All our products are quality-checked and packed carefully before dispatch.
- Product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility notes are provided in detail on each product page — please read them before purchasing.
- Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- This policy applies to all products including labels, ribbons, printers, scanners, and accessories.
We plan to introduce a returns & exchange program in the future. Any updates to this policy will be announced on this page.
Non-Delivery & Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive it, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification. Please co-ordinate with the courier directly using your tracking number.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us on WhatsApp or email no-reply@smartson.online with your order number.
General Terms & Conditions
- By placing an order on Smartson Enterprises, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST. A detailed tax invoice is available to download from your account after order placement.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be processed in such cases.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product specifications are as described in the product listing.
- Bulk orders (above ₹5,000) may require advance confirmation — please contact us via WhatsApp for bulk pricing and delivery terms.
- Smartson Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events outside our control.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the last-updated date below.
